"I am proud to be one of the first five women to be accepted at Babson College in 1968, to graduate at the top of the Class of '71 and to be the first woman recipient of the Roger W. Babson Award.

Babson's unparalleled reputation throughout the global business community coupled with the excellent business education I received fueled my 32-year career as a trailblazing female senior executive at DuPont. It is not always easy to forge new paths and to challenge the status quo. I credit Babson with helping me to overcome the obstacles that I encountered.

In my next act, my husband, Ken Naiff and I have embarked on a new adventure. Ken is an astrophotographer and I manage the business and marketing aspects of our start-up business, Dark Sky Images.

I was fortunate to receive financial assistance and it is important for me to give back to the Babson annually to support women's entrepreneurial leadership AND to make a bequest to provide scholarship funding to future generations of female students. I am pleased that we could make this planned gift to Babson to ensure that other young women can be afforded similar opportunities and experiences."
